Hi - I'm Captain Michael Gladwin.  I've been fortunate enough to enjoy my love and passion for Bermuda's waters over the past 25 years and am very cognizant of the important environmental concerns which face our world today.  You can be sure I take this into consideration each and every time Reef Explorer sets out on a snorkel or glass bottom adventure. Reef Explorer is Bermuda's largest, most spacious custom-built glass bottom boat, formerly owned and operated by Bermuda Island Cruises.  It has now been purchased by Captain Michael Gladwin and coordinator, Elizabeth Abel, operating as Reef Explorer Ltd.

We have assembled an awesome team, offering over 35 years of experience and commitment in the Bermuda tour boat industry.  Over these many years, we have developed an excellent and friendly relationship with both the local cruise ship agents and the cruise ships themselves.
